We offer several options in room sizes and various configurations to best meet your event needs.

Catering and Kitchen

Trident Banquet Hall rents room spaces with or without catering. This allows guests to bring in outside food and caterers, as desired. Warming and serving out of the kitchen is included in the room rental fee; however, full day access for preparations and cooking will be subjected to a kitchen use fee.

Linen and Dinnerware

While white linens (table clothes and napkins) are included in the rental fee, additional costs apply for coloured options. Cutlery, dishware, glassware, and serving ware is available at an additional cost which includes all table setup.

Wi-Fi and AV Equipment

Free Wi-Fi is included with all room rentals. Audio and Visual equipment such as projectors, screens, microphones and speakers are available at an additional cost. Trident Banquet Hall can also provide easels, note pads, pens and markers for productive meetings.

Banquet Hall – 150 Guest Capacity – $2,500

The banquet hall is the largest room at Trident Banquet Hall, with a pre-covid capacity of 375 guests. Directly adjacent to the kitchen, this room is ideal for large banquets, weddings, and parties of various sizes and requirements. The room has the flexibility of containing a customizable floating dancefloor. As this room is directly connected to the Reception Hall, the Hall is included in the room rental fee and no other events are held at the same time. The Banquet Hall has its own designated entrance which is not shared with any other event spaces. The room has a designated bar window for easy service and a complete sound system with updated projectors and screens.

With Covid-19 restrictions, current capacity limits allow for no more than 150 people to ensure adequate social distancing can be maintained. With two grand entrances to the room, it is easy to maintain traffic flow.

Reception Hall – 80 to 100 Guest Capacity – $1,000

This room is directly adjacent to the Banquet Hall. While this room is rented, no other event is held on this side of the building, providing complete privacy. The Reception Hall boasts art work, a grand piano, and an electric fireplace. A floating bar can be brought in for service during an event. The entrance and restrooms are not shared with any other event spaces, allowing for full event privacy. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, current capacity limits allow for no more than 50 people.

Salon – 40 Guest Capacity
$750

The salon contains three large windows and is located next to the kitchen, making it an ideal space for a catered event. It has a shared restroom with offices on the same floor. This room is ideal for small meetings where a portable projector and screen can be brought in. The room can be set up into banquet style or classroom/theater style, as needed. Oftentimes, this room is ideal for small lectures. For social events, a portable bar can be brought it. The room also houses a grand piano.

Boardroom – 25 Guest Capacity
$50/hr or $250/day (8 hours)

The boardroom is the only space located on the second floor. It is accessible via elevator and stairs. The room set-up consists of a large conference table that comes fully wired with a TV for projecting and separate heating and cooling from the rest of the building. It has 3 windows along one side and a huge mural along the other side. Restrooms are directly outside the boardroom and are shared with office space.
