Virtual AGM

This year, Trident Banquet Hall collaborated with the Ukrainian Credit Union (UCU) to host their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at our facilities. While we were planning this special event, the health and safety of our staff and visitors was the primary focus. With proper sanitization policies and social distancing, were able to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19.

The AGM was a large success with over 300 members joining the meeting virtually, while 30 board members attended in person. We partnered with Synchroworks Consulting to have a full IT team support the virtual AGM, ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience. For the physical preparations, our diligent staff cleaned the venue thoroughly before the meeting, disinfecting the rented space and equipment. Staff wore masks and gloves and kept a safe distance apart, working with minimal touch. Hand sanitizer was provided and encouraged for general use throughout the meeting. Lastly, a full dinner was served with coffee and tea while following safety procedures. Meals were individually packaged, with utensils and glassware sanitized and wrapped before use.

Thanks to the Ukrainian Credit Union, Synchroworks Consulting, and our hardworking staff, we were able to have a safe and successful event.
